This ticket is sold by TicketNet as agent for the organization (“seller”) responsible for the event for which it is sold. All claims are the sole responsibility of the seller. The ticket is sold subject to the seller’s condition of sale and is a revocable license. The holder (individually and collectively), agrees to all the terms hereof.

1. The ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it was issued. The ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced on any ticket and/or transaction if lost, stolen or destroyed.

2. Tickets should be bought at the official Ticketnet website, outlets and at the Smart Araneta Coliseum ticket booths. In addition to the non-refundable and non-exchangeable ticket price printed on the face of each ticket:

a. Official outlets – Each ticket bought from outlets other than Smart Araneta Coliseum Ticket Booths will be subject to a non-refundable outlet fee.

b. Online via www.ticketnet.com.ph – Each ticket bought at the Ticketnet website will be subject to a non-refundable ticket fee.

3. Tickets shall not be resold or offered for resale at a profit, including via on-line auction sites or any secondary market, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

4. Scalping or the resale of tickets outside the authorized official booth is strictly prohibited by Quezon City Ordinance SP-2744, S-2018, and shall subject the person to criminal liabilities and penalties.

5. Management reserves the right, without refund in any amount paid, refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct violates any law, or which management deems disorderly or who poses a clear danger to the public, who uses vulgar or abusive language, and who violates rules posted in the premises, and other analogous reasons. Breach of terms or rules will terminate this license without refund.

6. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any venue is strictly forbidden.

7. Ticket Holder and Holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry. Holder consents to such searches and waived any related claims that may arise against Ticketnet, the Venue, the Seller, and/or event sponsors. If Holder elects not to consent to such searches, Holder may be denied entry.

8. The holder of each ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.

9. Breach of any terms of this license, failure to comply with coliseum rules, shall automatically terminate any right that the Holder may have.  The management of the venue also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

10. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artist and/or vary advertised programs, seating and audience capacity.

11. Food and drinks, other than those purchased from the concessionaires, shall not be allowed to be brought inside the venue.

12. RE-ENTRY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

13. In the event of a show cancellation, please refer to the following:

a. Tickets that were purchased online will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card. Amount will reflect within 7-9 banking days.

b. For tickets purchased through the Box Office and Outlets, cash refund will start on announced refund date. Hard tickets must be surrendered at the Ticketnet Box Office located at the Yellow Gate of Smart Araneta Coliseum between 10am – 7pm (Mondays – Sundays). No hard ticket/s, no refund.

Solely ticket prices are subject for refund. Outlet fees, convenience/ticket fees and other handling fees are not subject for refund.

14. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or otherwise invalid. Void tickets are non-refundable.

15. For payments made via credit card/debit card/e-wallet, all payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank/e-wallet platform and Ticketnet has no authority over any payments made through the bank/e-wallet payment gateway. Purchases made via www.ticketnet.com.ph are redirected to our secure payment gateway partners and Ticketnet does not retain your full credit card number, specific bank/e-wallet information, CVV, or any other confidential information. Details of your credit / debit card may be securely held by the bank/e-wallet platform which processes your transaction.
